Matt Slatus

General Manager

Matt Slatus is General Manager of FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from New York University and a master’s degree in Sport Administration from Ohio University. Slatus started in professional sports as a minor league clubhouse manager with the Texas Rangers nearly twenty years ago and has worked throughout the industry with organizations including Mandalay Baseball and Madison Square Garden, and at Camelback Ranch-Glendale, home to Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training. Prior to relocating to West Palm Beach he was General Manager of Ripken Professional Baseball, where he oversaw the business operation of Cal Ripken, Jr.’s Aberdeen IronBirds. He’s also served as an adjunct faculty member at both Towson University and Neumann University.

As General Manager of FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, Matt oversees all business operations.


Chris Easom


Originally from nearby Fort Pierce, FL, Easom has held similar roles at Charlotte Stadium in Port Charlotte, FL from 2000-2002, Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, FL from 2002-2007 and Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, AZ from 2007-2014.

As Director, Easom oversees all ballpark operations for FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.


Director of Finance

Craig Bristow


Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Bristow moved to the U.S. to further his career in professional sports. Since moving to Florida, Bristow has worked in various roles for Learfield Sports, Miami Dolphins and the Florida Panthers.

Bristow oversees Corporate Partnerships, Marketing and Production for FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.


Matt Eggerman

Director of Field Operations

Born and raised in southwest Missouri, Eggerman previously held roles as Assistant Director of Grounds at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida from 2008-2014 and Operations Manager of Parks and Grounds for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from 2015-2016.

Matt heads up field operations for FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.


Danielle Kenney


Danielle comes to us after spending the last 9 years with the Delray Beach Open, a men’s professional tennis event in Delray Beach. Danielle was born in Chicago but spent most her life in the South Florida area, including attending college at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
